Plie Promotions Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Plie Promotions. Our goal is to maintain your satisfaction by exceeding your expectations in customer service and product quality. We stand by the materials and workmanship of all our merchandise. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.
General Terms
Plie Promotions will not be held responsible for any damages sustained by the customer or any third party. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from the addition of rhinestones or glitter vinyl, sewn size adjustments, and failure to follow care instructions.
- Color Consistency: Exact color matches between fabric dye lots cannot be guaranteed, although we will do our best to ensure cohesion.
- Garment Shrinkage: Some shrinkage in the garments is unavoidable. Wash instructions can be found on our website and in most garments.
Lead Time
- September through March: Estimated turnaround is 6-7 weeks from the date we receive your online order.
- April through August: Estimated turnaround is 4-5 weeks from the date we receive your online order.
- Holiday Orders: The last date to order for guaranteed Christmas delivery is October 15th. Orders placed after this date are not guaranteed for Christmas delivery. Please continue to communicate your required delivery date.
Note: Any edits to the artwork or additional requests for new artwork after ordering will delay the start of production and affect the estimated delivery date. Plie Promotions does not guarantee production times due to variable conditions in custom manufacturing and decorating.
Holiday Orders
For holiday delivery, place orders by October 15th. Team stores running in November and December will not have guaranteed holiday delivery. If your order does not arrive in time for the holidays, we can provide a digital printout for your families that can be printed and presented as a gift.
Artwork
- Approval: Once the proof is approved, it will be used for your order. The customer assumes all responsibility for the design used in their order.
- Color Representation: The proof represents a digital version of your artwork, not the final sublimated garment. Colors will be printed as close to the proof as possible, but may vary by up to 10%.
- Digital Proofs: A digital proof is an on-screen representation of your artwork files, not the actual printed garment. Print colors may change 3-5% depending on the color setting of your monitor and the type of fabric being printed.
- Color Swatches: If unsure about colors, request a color swatch. Orders that did not request a color swatch and request a revision post-delivery will not be remade.
- Accuracy: Ensure your spelling, logo, and mockups are correct when uploaded. We are not responsible for spelling or logo errors.
Sizing
Customers are responsible for following our size charts and renting size kits. Since every dancer is built differently, 100% accurate sizing can only be determined by trying on the size kits. If working with measurements, allow room for growth.
