Plie Promotions Return Policy
At Plie Promotions, everything we create is made-to-order just for you, which means all sales are final. That said, we take pride in the quality of our products and want to make sure you're happy with your order!
If there’s any issue or discrepancy with your order, please let us know within 3 business days of receiving it by sending an email to [email protected].
If your order was placed through a team store, any concerns should be brought to the studio owner who will then reach out to us directly. We're happy to work with the director or studio owner to find a solution!
If you believe an item is defective, please email [email protected] within 30 calendar days of receiving your order (studio owners only, not individual recipients or parents). Be sure to include a few clear photos showing the issue so we can take a closer look. Defective items will need to be sent back to us within 10 calendar days after initial email for inspection. If the item is confirmed to be defective, we’ll gladly issue a credit or send a replacement. Please note that normal wear and tear, or damage caused by excessive roughness or not following washing instructions, wouldn’t be considered a defect.
