How long will my order take?
Ordering is done online through your account on our website. Our typical turnaround time is around 4 weeks from the order being placed April-August, and around 5-6 weeks from September-February. This is subject to change and will be updated on our website. You can always communicate with us via email to explain your date needed and we will do our best to accommodate. Team store orders are processed 5-6 weeks after the team store closes. Your items will ship in one box to the studio and will be handed out through your studio owner.
How can I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal at checkout. We can also send you an invoice. We are unable to “charge” cards by request. For school orders, we can accommodate via purchase order - please email [email protected] to confirm.
What do you charge for shipping?
Shipping costs are based on factors such as the weight and size of your package. In general, you can budget about $2-4 for each piece in shipping (aside from single-piece orders). All orders within America are duty-free. For international orders, import fees and taxes may apply. We try to ship USPS to Canada whenever possible.
Can I return items?
Our custom logo wear orders are unique and one-of-a-kind, therefore they are unable to be canceled, returned, or exchanged. However, we back all the items that we sell. If we are at fault for a misspelled name, incorrect logo, or wrong size, we will remedy the situation. Claims of order discrepancies must be identified within 3 business days of receipt of goods by the ordering studio or coach via email to [email protected]. Claims of defective items must be identified within 30 calendar days of receipt of goods by the ordering studio or coach, not by the end recipient of the item. You must submit photo(s) showing the defective item. Please email these claims to [email protected]. Normal “wear and tear” is not considered a defect and we are not responsible if washing instructions were not followed or items were not handled with care. Please note that glitter backpacks are abrasive, due to the nature of glitter.
Additional Return Information
Colors will be printed as close to the proof for accessory items as possible. The colors on our digital color charts will have up to a 10% variance in exact color when printed. A digital proof is an on-screen representation of your artwork files, not the actual printed item. It is intended for viewing purposes only. Print colors may change 3-5% depending on the color setting of your monitor as well as the type of fabric being printed. The items must be returned to us within 10 calendar days for further inspection and resolution, and only items deemed defective will be approved for credit or replacement.
